Distract and Accuse.
Jeffrey Epstein is dead, of apparent suicide. He had another apparent suicide attempt last week, but was taken off suicide watch and was allowed to be alone in a cell.
It took place in a federal facility.
The death is being investigated by the FBI.
The FBI is part of the Department of Justice, under direction of Attorney General William Barr.
Barr is the loyal hand picked appointee of Donald Trump.
Trump had elevated to Secretary of Labor the former Assistant US Attorney who had arranged the token plea deal for Epstein.
There are multiple photographs of Trump at Epstein parties, and quotations by Trump acknowledging that Trump knew Epstein to have parties with very young women.

But Epstein was re-arrested and under the gun. There is implication that new information will come out about Epstein's activities. He was imprisoned, but now he is dead.
What happened? Maybe the public will find out, but we will learn in the context of a media blitz. The Trump team jumped on this. Distract and accuse. Put names out there, someone to think about other than Donald Trump.

After all, if Hillary Clinton could be accused of day to day operation of a brothel in a pizza shop while simultaneously running for president, then surely she could have murdered Epstein while he is locked up in a cell in a federal prison.
Make her--or maybe Bill Clinton-- the top-of-mind suspect. Focus on how the Clintons might have done it.
Distract and accuse.

Ann Coulter suggested Epstein was murdered to protect his accomplices. Right wing news sites list Democrats as people who may have secrets to preserve, including Bill Clinton.
Breitbart and Fox News mention the name Bill Richardson, a former governor of New Mexico and Democratic candidate for president, and George Mitchell, former Democratic Senator from Maine.
By 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time the Daily Caller (founded by now Fox Host Tucker Carlson) is up on the internet with a description of Democratic ties to Epstein.
Does this work? It is already becoming "mainstream" within the Trump-allied media.
Fox News is running a headline and speculation that Bill Clinton must be breathing a "sigh of relief." The text of the article is an accusation in the form of a question:
"What was Bill Clinton's involvement in any of this, if any, what was the involvement of high-profile people in finance, politics, etc."
Who arranged a murder in a federal facility? Who had motive and opportunity? Think Clinton, Clinton, Clinton, no one but Clinton.

If Epstein testified in court that Trump was present and participated having sex with these underage girls, it could kill his reelection. Even his buddies would run away.
Perhaps, like in the Godfather, he made a deal. If he committed suicide, his family would be taken care of.
Suicide watch? Who was watching? Why was he left alone?
I wonder what it cost Trump?
Conspiracy speculation is at least as much fun as reading a good mystery; it's a hobby, an entertainment. This Epstein case is a feast for conspiracy buffs, and all attempts to insert reason or logic will simply feed the beast. For lesser minds among us, elaborating on a conspiracy must feel as satisfying as crafting a fine novel; a rare chance to be creative in a mundane, everyday world that most of us live in. Oliver Stone, too, is licking his chops, for sure.
Hopefully the FBI will thoroughly investigate the untimely demise of Mr. Epstein who had the goods on any number of fellow pedophiles. Meanwhile, conspiracy speculation now is about as useful here as it was with WMDs, Gulf of Tonkin, the USS Maine, sinking of the Lusitania, buliding No.7, and the deaths of John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy,Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, John Lennon, Paul Wellstone, etc., etc.

Regional Administrators of federal agencies are subject to the Hatch Act, which prohibits partisan political activities by federal employees. Oh yes, the same law which Kellyann Conway violated. Trump - the law and order President.
