Twitter vids are blocked from non members. It's up to you what you embed but, even though I'm a twitter member, I recommend avoiding walled gardens.
The common practice is to inform others where the link goes. For example, should I link a pdf I would have (pdf) after the title. Should it be large and harmful to data costs I would put (large pdf warning). It is your blog and your choice, but when embedding it's polite to tell others what they are going to click on that might be dead for them because they don't subscribe.
Again I am a twitter member but didn't bother to log in for the video because of Elon's blackout. My choice, but I would have known I was making it.
