Buttigieg destroys Fox News

This is what a smart, poised candidate for president sounds like.

Caucus goers in Iowa and voters in New Hampshire gave Buttigieg a tie with Bernie Sanders at 28 percent of the vote. Then voters in South Carolina decided to go with the guy with experience and deep connections to Black voters. Democrats chose Biden.

Voters in the United States may not have been ready for Pete Buttigieg in 2020.  He has time to develop a resume. This is a head's up toward the future. He knows how to handle himself with the media and I expect we will see a lot more of him.

Pow!

Hyperbole doesn’t suit you, as I turned on the TV, and FOX News was still there. 😉

On a more serious note, yes, Pete is articulate and likely a better candidate than either Biden or Harris, but he’s not running. This interview does demonstrate his skills and gives some hope that he’ll be a future player. Just not right now.

It’s unfortunate that politics these days is less on policy and results; now it’s mostly personality and talking points.

And no moderator of the debates has the moxie to simply state, “you haven’t answered the question I just asked”.

Let’s get to December quickly so we’ll know who will be running the country next.

Hopefully we’ll know by December.
