The DailyStormer.com has been seized and shut down.
It is an anti-Semitic ugly website. They don't like blacks, foreigners, and especially Jews. They do like Trump.
I glanced at the site every week or so to see what they were saying about immigrants and Trump's initiatives. There were swastikas, images of hooked-nosed Jewish devils, and images straight from 1940 Germany. It almost seemed like a bad frat-boy satire since it was so extreme, but it was dead serious. Yesterday they ran a long article of celebration because Trump had most certainly not condemned white supremacists, and indeed quite the opposite.
Apparently the events in Charlottesville were the final straw, or maybe the hacking had been underway for months and the timing is a coincidence. Charlottesville was a watershed event. Whatever subtext and hidden dog whistling may have been going on in American political talk was made very visible by the White supremacists in their march. Most people want to disassociate themselves.
Or take direct action, as happened to the Daily Stormer.
