    I'm reminded that Oregon's SoS grabbed a few screenshots of this young man back on September 2 to remind people of the value of vote-by-mail, without any context.

    She did not provide a link to the video, but a commenter did.

    She posted a pic to the Official Oregon Secretary of State Facebook page and added "Vote by Mail 🤝 Corn, things we love ❤️"

    No credit to the nice kid or the YouTube video at all.
