Hillary Clinton event in Portland, August 5, 2015: This is a product of the "photo op". Hillary was gracious, smiley, and quick. I would estimate 20 seconds per person. Your name is announced by a staffer, then a handshake with Hillary, then the guest says something, Hillary responds very appropriately, then the two face the camera, click, the next person is announced
